Dear Families,
Here's a look at what's happening at school this week:
Early Release This Monday, May 12th: A reminder that we have a three-hour early release this Monday. If you need to make any changes to your child's dismissal plan for Monday, please call the front office.
SOL Testing Begins Tuesday: We will begin our Standards of Learning (SOL) testing this week. Please ensure your child gets a good night's sleep and has a healthy breakfast each day.

Tuesday, May 13th: Grades 3-6 will take the ELA SOL test.

Thursday, May 15th: 5th Grade will take the Science SOL test.
We appreciate your support in creating a positive and focused testing environment for our students.

Dear Parents,
Camp Invention (National Inventors Hall of Fame) is being hosted at Laurel Hill Elementary School (Lorton, VA) this summer (June 23-27).

The camp is not exclusive to FCPS or Fairfax County. Any elementary student can register to participate. Today is the last day to save $40 with code NEWCAMP40 at checkout.
- Code SUM15 will save $15 on registrations through May 15.
- Code SIBLOVE30 will save $30 on sibling registrations (no expiration date).
