Rumeysa Öztürk, the Tufts University student detained by immigration agents in March, was ordered to be released immediately from ICE custody following a hearing.

Öztürk is free to return to Massachusetts and is not subject to travel restrictions because she’s not considered a flight risk, the judge ruled.
