Every parent of a child with special needs knows the powerful urge to protect — to shield our children from pain, failure, and risk. But what happens when protection begins to limit growth? How do we balance safety with the need for independence and self-discovery?
Join us for an open and supportive conversation as we explore:
"The Dignity of Risk"
When do we step in, and when do we step back?This session will offer a chance to share experiences, fears, and hopes around allowing our children to take age-appropriate risks — whether it's trying something new, making mistakes, or embracing a little adventure.
